I took a chance on this since I really didn't want to buy a bunch of Lids that we're clear that would fit all of my pans but I am so pleased to but I am so pleased to say that this took care of all of those problems. You can still see through it because of the middle being glass and it does a great job on all my pans and pots. It seems to fit every one of them. I'm glad I took a chance and I hope you will too.

They are exactly the same lid in every way except the name and where that name is located. Alpha Living is less expensive right now, so I’d go with that. He was quite upset with me for calling in a tip to the local NBC affiliate, who then investigated him & his office for dumping used boats in remote lakes in our county, instead of paying to have them taken to the dump. I haven't really tested the suction power. The easy-to-clean feature is I'm sure like many things -- if you clean it right away, you will probably not have a problem. Other than that, I have not tested this feature either. Overall, I love this lid and I'm sure it will get lots of use over the years.
