Product Description

Product Description

Today, air lift load support products are sold worldwide and are engineered to fit over 540 vehicles. Our extensive product line offers air helper springs for trucks, RVs, SUVs, CUVs and vans, and the most technologically advanced on-board air compressor systems for on-the-go air spring control.

From the Manufacturer

At last you can get the control and convenience you deserve for your air springs with just one innovative, compact remote system – Air Lift's WirelessAIR (Advanced Integrated Remote). With no wires, and no air lines to the cab, WirelessAIR (part number 72000) achieves a new level of user freedom with the easiest installation on the market.

The breakthrough on board air control system includes everything you need to fill and control pressure in your air springs — a compressor, manifold, wiring harness, and wireless digital controller. About the size of a garage door opener, the wireless controller conveniently clips to a vehicle's visor. For maximum flexibility, the system controls two air springs independently and can be used in or outside the vehicle, making it easy to make adjustments in full view of the vehicle. The compact, battery-powered unit also features advanced integrated diagnostic capabilities for increased safety and peace of mind. Two user-defined memory buttons are provided for frequently used settings. As an added safety measure, minimum air pressures are automatically maintained. The manifold is also weather resistant and waterproof up to 2 ft for maximum life expectancy.

Air Lift on board air systems are the most advanced in the industry and work with all brands of air springs.

Easy Installation
WirelessAIR installs with common mechanic tools in about 1 hour, with no wires and no air lines to the cab.

1. Install the compressor using the hardware provided.
2. Mount the manifold.
3. Install the electrical components.
4. Join the digital controller to the manifold and control your air helper springs wirelessly with the touch of a button.

Details and installation time vary by application. A complete illustrated instruction manual is included with each kit.

BT Issues we’re my Failt - Box was previously opened
First, when I went to unbox and inspect, everything looked in order, except the air hose. This is the hose that connects to the bags - see picture. The install went fairly smooth, I took my time routing hoses and wires, wrapping and heat shrinking all of the connections and routing everything real nice, looks great. I have a 2020 F-150 so my frame is too big for the U-bolt, so I had to drill into the frame to mount it, that bummed me out a little but no big deal there. Confirmed all of my voltages truck on and off at the compressor connector after I was done routing everything and I had a good ground, and 13.55 volts at all of the other three pins on the connector. I connected, and reconnected 10 times because the blue tooth portion of the compressor is not working. Neither the BT Settings on my iPhone, nor the device tab in the application ever see the compressor. Pulling the connector at the compressor does nothing but let a little air out each time I connect it. Next, who among you doesn't work from 8-5 Monday through Friday? I do, and apparently that's all that Air Lift works as well. It's Saturday, June 11th, and I have an inoperative compressor, and on Monday, while I'm at work, I'll have to take a break to call them, and I'm sure they are going to want me to do crap with the truck, and I'm probably going to lose it on the poor call taker. The service bulletin that came with this device says that it should come with a controller, but because of the global chip shortage we'll have to order that later and that pairing to my phone is the only option for now.**************UPDATE*******************I’m a nimrod!!!! I downloaded the app for the single controller, not the dual.!Tech support got to me quick and after my thorough explanation of my configuration and troubleshooting, he went straight to the app being the problem.—————————————————So what's my take away? Read all the reviews, good and bad, and be prepared to experience some of the bad. Make sure you have plenty of time between installing the device and the time you need to actually use it, AND, be sure to leave your manual inflation valves installed.
