Customers are mixed about the ease of airing. Some mention that it self equalizes air between the bags, and is easy to air down when not hauling. However, others say that the internal bumpers are terrible at low pressure, and the right side bag will not hold pressure even after.

Customers are dissatisfied with the comfort of the vehicle lift kit. They mention that it rides rough, stiff, and dangerously. Some say that it completely ruins the ride characteristics and creates an extremely rigid ride in the rear end of the truck.
"...Also, the ride is definitely a little bouncier.. Not necessarily rougher, or harder- just a little bouncier in the back-end...." Read more
"...To be specific about the ride after installation: it’s extremely rough, each bump resonates through the truck multiple times like you’re bouncing on..." Read more

"...This creates an extremely rigid ride in the rear end of the truck, almost as if there is zero suspension travel...." Read more
Customers are dissatisfied with the suspension of the vehicle lift kit. They mention that it bounces uncontrollably and spins out. The bump stops make the truck ride like a buck board, and the ride sends a shockwave through the truck at every bump or dip in the road. Additionally, customers also mention that the front end didn't drop at all, causing the truck to constantly bottom out.
"...corrected, the front end lift was not improved, i.e., the front end didn't drop at all, let alone to its unloaded height or anywhere close...." Read more
"...rear axle articulation, and you can’t climb anything due to uncontrollable bouncing and spinning out, and most ironically, the air suspension fails..." Read more
"...Suspension wise, I could not even tell I was towing the trailer. The only thing that made me remember I was towing was the engine/RPM noise...." Read more
"...It’s like having the truck suspension bottom out on every bump - because that’s what it’s doing...." Read more

On unboxing, everything was solid and well made in appearance. All parts were present and in good shape.
Installation took a bit longer than I'd hoped. The biggest single issue was cleanly cutting the jounce bumpers down to the correct size. If at all possible, beg, borrow, or lease time in a garage by with a vehicle lift. I didn't lift the truck at all and maneuvering to cut the bumpers was a chore. Once that was done, however, installation proceeded quickly and fairly easily. I ran the air lines to be accessed behind the gas cap door without any problem--but do yourself a favor and buy some longer cable ties, you won't regret it. I also used a T, so both lifts are fed off one line.
Now to the meat--how well do they work?
I'm pulling a 6800-lb travel trailer with a 2016 Tundra. After loading, the tongue weight approaches the max recommended for the truck (yeah, yeah, not the smartest thing). and on the pull from the dealership, there was a lot squat and porpoising, even with the mid-range weight-distributing hitch we'd purchased.
I'd ordered the Air Lift product after that 3-hour rolling bouncy-house towing experience and did the installation the afternoon before our next trip. The Air Lifts did get the rear-end up to where it should be, which provided a leveler towing experience. Porpoising was all but eliminated and the ride much more positive control-wise.
I measured the correction provided by the product and found that while the rear end was fully corrected, the front end lift was not improved, i.e., the front end didn't drop at all, let alone to its unloaded height or anywhere close. That said, I'll reiterate that steering and control WAS improved quite a bit after installation.
Bottom line, do I recommend the product? Yup, I do. There are a couple of other things I could probably do (and probably will do at some point) but for now, these work well for me.
Now, I had heard complaints saying that the ride was rough even with only 4-5 psi in them. I filled them up to 20psi, checked for leaks by spraying water on the air valve and took it for a test drive. I went on the bumpiest roads I could find around me and in all honesty, I could not tell a huge difference. It seemed slightly stiffer, but at the same time I am 25 and don't complain much about a rough ride. By no means though does it ride like a 3/4 or 1 ton 2500 or 3500 truck. I can see from the slight stiffness why some people complain, but it does not bother me at all.
I also have a 2.5" leveling kit in the front (no rear lift prior to bags). I spoke with another guy on here who told me he was running the same leveling kit and his truck was no longer level. This may or may not be true, but it is too close to tell. I think my tool box may give an optical illusion that the truck sits perfectly level. I felt my front end was slightly higher before I installed the bags, but now I feel like it is perfect.
This weekend I will be towing my 20' toy hauler and I will follow up on the performance. 4 stars for now because of the wrong sized bolt and damaged packaging.
UPDATE: Towed my 20' toy hauler this past weekend. Aired bags to 25psi (trailer weighs 7,000 fully loaded) and it towed like a dream. Suspension wise, I could not even tell I was towing the trailer. The only thing that made me remember I was towing was the engine/RPM noise. Between my weight distribution hitch and the bags I had virtually zero trailer sway. The only issue I have is the washers on the bolts are getting pulled through the holes. The nuts are torqued to manufacturer spec, but the washers seem really cheap and are malleable. I will replace these with some larger grade 8s and it should solve the problem. Other than that zero issues or complaints.
