Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Customers like the performance, ease of cleaning, value, and size of the vivarium. For example, they mention it works great, easy to clean, and is good value for money. Some appreciate the size, saying it gives their turtle more room to grow. That said, opinions are mixed on leakage and quality.

This aquarium is drop shipped from Walmart.com at a small profit for the seller. And by drop ship, I mean they must have dropped it before shipping it. Currently priced under $15 directly from Walmart (which is reasonable considering it's Walmart quality). It's poorly packed, in a single box with little protection for the glass or seams. The plastic edging on mine featured a very large crack down two sides, and some of the plastic missing. (I searched carefully for that piece of plastic in the box... It wasn't there. Take that as you will) There was no damage to the exterior of the box.Next gripe; is the moderately cured caulking which is generally clear, but has large sections that are opaque white. Additionally the caulking job is mediocre at best, its sloppy and ugly which makes it look like it was assembled by someone who didn't know what they were doing, or perhaps practicing caulking their bathtub by assembling aquariums in their spare time.Surprisingly there does not appear to be any chips or cracking in the glass panels themselves, and it did survive a leak test (so far). But my overall impression is that I could have spent $25 to have some glass cut, glue them together with silicone myself, and still done a better job than this. If you want an inexpensive aquarium for your goldfish it probably will work, but do yourself a favor and go pick one out in the store that actually looks like it passed a quality inspection. Most of the chain pet stores are at the same price point for this type of aquarium.
It’s a sturdy tank and I am able to use it for my hermit crabs. There was a slight mishap because USPS lied about the delivery, but I was able to get another one sent very quickly. The customer service was great and would highly recommend buying this tank if your looking for something good but not super pricey.

I use this 10 gallon tank on a monthly basis to store 16 small size tetra fish when doing maintenance or cleaning to my 55 gallon main tank. No cracks or caulking issues. Does not include a lid
It is a great value and well made I am very pleased with it. However it was supposed to arrive March 13th and it is now April 30th and I just received it today normally I'd be livid however with the pandemic effecting delivery I feel it may just be a fluke I'd need to order more product's from them to give a well informed delivery review at this time that being said overall I'm happy with my aquaruim just keep in mind you may have to wait beyond the delivery date has been my experience just not sure how the pandemic has effected delivery times
I thought this would have arrived broken or cracked seen as the other reviewers mentioned that theirs came broken. It came in one whole piece. I have not yet set it up as It arrived later in the day. It definitely arrived on time. The glueing is kinda sloppy but it is not going to be seen with water in it. Hopefully my betta likes it and is pleased. I have him in a really crowded 5 gallon right now and he has a big tail so I thought I would upgrade.
Great value for the money, less than half the price of the tanks at pet stores & the quality is excellent. Extremely fast shipping too! I highly recommend.
