2nd time ordering a RO Filter for my Aquatru machine. 1st time the filter lasted about 6 months. Performed a descaling prior to 2nd replacement as well. After 1 month the RO filter stop working. Not sure long term it would be worth it if there are chances of getting defective filters that are quite expensive.

Update: Increased rating to 4, for customer service and for full refund/replacement of defective filter. Hopefully this time the filter will last longer than 1 month.

Expensive product, makes it hard to purchase yearly. Wish they were a little less. Affective and works great for cleaning the water we drink daily. The county I live in, the fluoride, you can smell and it smells like bleach. Very scary and dangerous to drink. Almost made my dog go blind. Using this product has helped myself and dog remain hydrated properly and know we are safe! My dogs eyes also completely cleared up within a couple months.

This refill is easy to install and seems to last quite awhile before needing to be changed. At least for a family of 2. You need to remember to reset your countertop machine. The button is at the back.. It will count the gallons used and notify you when it needs to be changed again.
