UPDATE: Yep! Much better than the gel form!

UPDATE: Yep! Much better than the gel form!
Update: 4/8/22: I ordered this February 2021.I use it fairly regularly. I have whiplash and shoulder muscle spasms still ongoing from a rear- ended vehicle collision in February. This stuff works SO well on whiplash pain and stiffness. It is a WOW! I only need it once a day and it lasts me 24-36 hours before I start noticing I need more. Dose on jar says 3-4x/day. For me, I sure don't need that. I drop from a "9" on pain to a "1" in less than a minute with this! And yes, this is better than Aspercream, I think. And I still will buy Aspercream as a pretty good second. Biofreeze cream is just thicker and goes on better.------ I have enough left for may 7-10 days. One person using this, if you only have a few achy areas should last you one year.I paid just under $12 last year, 14 months ago. Amazon seller has doubled (!!) the price this year. So I am looking at local retailers now vs buying here. 100% mark up is outrageous! What has shortened the supply to drive up price that high?I don't like the gell form. It is so much harder to apply because it wants to roll off skin when applying. I got tired of picking it up off the carpet or floor. It also doesn't seem to relieve pain as well.-----See photo: Gel has 4% menthol. Cream version has 10%. How much better do you want to feel?First I have tested Aspercream against Biofreeze. I think Biofreeze works faster, better and lasts longer. Now, comparing Biofreeze gel to cream. This is my first tube of gel -,DEFINITELY (!!!) my last! The cream is much better.1. Gel separates in the tube, breaks down and becomes watery. Messy!Example, you need to put some on your upper back just below your neck and you don't have help- this gel is hard to place, falls off fingers - then gee, where did it drop to? Maybe a day later you find it after it stained something....2. I wasn't kidding about getting this in your eyes... it burns! I wash my hands after using this really well. But that menthol lingers and doesn't all wash off.Be extremely careful about rubbing sleep out of your eyes, twisting an eyelash, take out contacts BEFORE using this at bedtime, etc.The gel form is just nasty! Personally? I thnk the gel form with menthol should be discontinued. I don't need the menthol even though I love the smell. But if you use it and go out, it is a very strong odor and many people might not like

First I have tested Aspercream against Biofreeze. I think Biofreeze works faster, better and lasts longer.

Now, comparing Biofreeze gel to cream.

This is my first tube of gel -,DEFINITELY (!!!) my last! The cream is much better.
