Product Description
Red worms consume organic material and burrow 24 hours a day. As they travel through the soil, they open oxygen passages for roots and breakdown the soil while excreting a natural soil nutrient called “Worm Castings”. These castings are high in nitrogen, calcium, magnesium, phosphate, potash, humus and will feed your plants for weeks without burning them.

Update after several days: As expected, the worms are doing well, adapting immediately to their new home. Fast delivery and great product prove once again this should be your go-to provider for composting worms.
The only thing that had me scratching my head was that 99.5% of the worms were extremely tiny. I was hoping to get some large ones and cocoons even if it was only 200 or so like previous reviews showed. All other pictures showed a mix of big and small, this (or mine anyways) was all tiny tiny worms. Folks do take into account of course inflation, probable demand, and purpose.
They were alive and will breed, made for composting and not my hyper specific needs for breeding bait.
Dependable, alive, and a product that will multiply to 600 near arrival or close to it. Packaging was great.
There's you're full outlook on what you can expect. Looks like 200? Probably tons of mature worms with eggs. Microscopic? Closer to the number you ordered but time to multiply.
Thank you, Nature'sGoodGuys.

I love red wrigglers, but I recently lost my 1st family of red’s, that I had for over 4 years, to hurricanes. We live in SW Louisiana & were hit by 2 major hurricanes, 3 weeks apart: Hurricane Laura & Delta.
I cultivated a nice big red wriggler farm, they helped me with my composting & keeping my gardens aerated. I was crushed to lose them, but hopefully Hurricanes Laura & Delta dropped them off in a lush garden with the richest of soils. I’ma miss y’all Jebediah, JJ, Jared, Jameson, Jeffrey, Janice, Janet, Jilly, Jackson, John, Jacob, Joline, Jackie, June, Jordan, Jed, Jake, Jane, etc....
