So far so good. My 99 Silverado had the electric stock mirrors on it they were cracked and hard to see out of. So I bought these and they fit perfect took maybe 10 to 15 min to install. I did buy the non electric mirrors because of videos and other reviews I've seen on them, not being electric is not a big deal for me I didn't want them to be to cheap and break (the motor or gears). I do pull a trailer on a daily basis and these mirrors work 100x better than the stock ones. If you tow any trailer I recommend getting a set of tow miorrors it just makes it easier and safer. I will give it a few weeks and update if any thing changes

The only complaint he had (which is no-fault of the company or product) is that he wished he would have gotten them in an automatic adjustment rather than manual. They look really sharp! The packaging on this product (shipping) is crazy! They put a lot of money in the packaging of this product to be sure it arrives to you safely. If you order them, you will know exactly what I'm talking about;) It's definitely worth purchasing and you will be satisfied.

Great mirrors, they don’t vibrate nearly as bad as people say, I can see ALL the way behind my truck now, good quality. was blown away that the packaging and shipping was so good! Great product for the money except the only thing I had to say about them, was the mounting brackets were a touch too thick so the triangular piece didn’t exactly flush like the descriptions, but I sanded it down just about 1/8 inch and it ended up fitting just fine. Looks good and makes a world of different for my 2000 Silverado 1500.

I installed these on my 2001 GMC Sierra. Shipping box it was delivered in was bigger then that actual box for the mirrors. They’re packed very neat and safe. Install was a breeze due to them being manual. No wires needed to be plugged in behind the panels. Peel the triangle piece on the door off from the top pull the foam out remove three 10mm nuts with built in washers and the old one is out. I trimmed the foamish material to match the contact points because it was showing

Do not over tighten the bolts

After reading glowing reviews of this product I went out and bought them too. Unfortunately I was disappointed.

The GOOD things about this product:
-Going down the road the mirror does not vibrate, in the retracted position. A key attribute for buying aftermarket mirrors. This is true because of the light weight of the "mirrors".

The BAD things about this product:
-The mirrors I got felt light weight and had a plastic mirror film for a "mirror". No glass used here, there is high concern on durability over time.
- The foam cushion installed on the mirror for contact to the door frame is wafer thin. The foam was install crooked and the bolts just randomly punched holes in the cushion - missing the stamped punch out locations.
- Plastic housing is light weight. Fit and finish is poor.
- Compared to another set of very highly rated mirrors I also bought, the extreme low quality of this product I received seems inconsistent with the high reviews DEDC has received.
- Because the mirror is a plastic film, the driver-side panoramic mirror had an unacceptable distortion in the lower left like a wave.
