Works Pretty Well, Not too Difficult to Install
These foam panels are great at blocking out the cold air in the winter. We just put them up with a little bit of duct tape over the plastic panels. Installation took about 10 minutes. It was slightly difficult to cut the plastic bars to shape (we used a bread knife) but the installation was fairly easy. We were able to just use 1 package of foam but if you have a big gap between the air conditioner and the window (on the left and right sides) you might need a second package (I saw some of the other reviewers were complaining about this). But 1 package was fine for us. I think it prevents some cold air from getting in but haven't taken a temperature measurement to be sure. Also I think you could get foam cheaper from other places (and just tape it up) but this wasn't a bad option. And more cost effective than going to the hardware store ($20 for the same thing).Overall good value for the money.
