Took alot of calling to get someone to send my worms, bc they don't come with the farm, instead there is a worm voucher, so the first time I had my bin ready for the worms, the food got moldy and had to redo bc of the wait. Finally after a month or so I received my worms. Haven't seen any worm tea yet but the worms have started to migrate up to next bin. So far, so good, but overall being it took so long to receive worms because of the worm order website not working properly I gave this a 3 star.

We've had this going for a few weeks now and our worms are doing great. A few will crawl out in the beginning but it's been a while now since we've seen a dried out worm near the bin. We put it in the kitchen and there is no foul smell as you'd expect. Follow the instructions and do a little research and you won't fail.

These will definitely be easier to care for than a parakeet and the worms don't have heads that will fall off, unlike my poor Petey.

havent used the actual product yet so this is not against the actual Worm factory but the retail on this this is only $118 from the manufacture, paid the extra because it says it comes with the worms. it does not, just a voucher for worms from the manufacture for worms, which is cool but i bought this cause the description said it came with the worms already total false advertising BS. come one call the AG or consumer protection buero for me so i dont have to.

This is actually my second worm factory. I loved the one I bought for our family so much, I bought this one for my retired parents. My mom set the farm up the day she got it with no issue. My only slight issue with this particular set is that there is no drain-off container and the booklet mom got is much shorter than the one that came with my set.
