I’ll refer to these bulbs as “$40” and the Lumiled as the “$90” ones.
My plan was to put the $40 bulbs in the fog lights and the $90 bulbs in the headlights.
Initial impression:
Nice packaging, adequate instructions. Box says “EYE OF MEGATRON” which is cool. Parts appear solid, good manufacturing.
Install:
2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with factory H11 OSRAM halogen projector headlights and H11 Phillips halogen projector fog lights.
The headlight bulb access is very restrictive on both sides, and there are sharp edges on both steel and cast plastic components. I had to remove the wheel/tire and felt wheel well liner to install. There are (4) 6mm plastic rivets you must cut out and replace. All other fasteners can be reused if you are careful. I have no idea why there are five different types of fasteners that hold the liners on. No idea.
Much of the assembly is blind, just by feel, so no gloves. You will get cuts and have mechanic’s hands for a few days.
The fog light bulb is very simple to get to with the wheel well liner off.
The $90 bulbs do not fit in the headlight housing, even with the dust cap off. The big cooling fan runs into the top of the housing. It could be trimmed (after much more vehicle disassembly), but you’d lose the dust cap seal. As such, I put the $40 bulbs in the headlight housings, reserving the $90 to either return or use as fog lights. I had to remove the alignment collars on all 4 bulbs and turn 120 degrees to ensure I’d have the LEDs facing at 3 and 9 o’clock.
I chose to put the $90 bulbs in the fog lights since I had the wheel and liner all removed. Zip tied the driver and extra wires.
Total install time was about 4 hours, but that included about 2 hours monkeying around trying to gain access from the top before just taking the wheels and liners off.
Operation:
Engine off, you can hear the fans running. $40 bulbs are higher pitched than the $90 bulbs, but you hear neither in the car, engine idling. Both bulbs are instant-on. Color temperature is white/blue. Maybe 5500-6000K.
The light from the $40 bulbs as headlights is much better than stock. Throw is about the same lengthwise, but the quick trail off makes it seem a bit shorter. There is more illumination to the sides (what I really was going for living in PA deer country). The cutoff line is slightly more muddled than the halogens, but still quite clear. There are some weird yellowish colors that shine about 5-10 ft in front of the vehicle.
The $90 in the fog lights are noticeably brighter, but the clarity is really what’s improved. Granted these are in different housings and angles, but it is a more intense white light with no other colors. When on, they totally washout the yellows from the $40 bulbs in the headlights.
No CANBUS warnings in a 10-minute drive. Light does not encroach any more on other drivers than the halogens did, which is a big must for me. We have a lot of trucks driving around here with terrible 8000K HID kits thrown in reflector housings shining everywhere. Yeah I won’t be a part of that.
Summary:
If the $90 bulbs fit in my headlight housing I would be ecstatic. Since I had to swap them, I would say I am only pleased. Still, I’ll toss up a 5 star review on both products themselves. The $40 bulbs are an amazing value with minimal compromise, complexity, and space requirements. The $90 bulbs are simply clear, bright, and probably one of the best currently available under $100 (Dec-2018).
I’ll revise the reviews if there are any issues within the warranty period.
Thanks for reading.

One of the bulbs has developed a small whine - I believe it is the cooling fan (these do run hot, even if it's LED). It whines when turned on, but after 1 minute, the whine goes away. I may try to take apart the fan cover (they are no longer under warranty BTW as I passed my 2 year window) and see if I can either lube or replace the fan (this is very similar to those small bearing-less fans we found on older computers).
Other than that, these bulbs definitely hold up! Living in Southern Ontario, these bulbs have been through hot and cold temps and never failed. I bought a different (less expensive) brand for the daylight runners lights and they crapped out. I replaced them with these bulbs as well! I bought HIKARI bulbs for my ENTIRE FAMILY FLEET! They are that good!

PROS: great build, easy to install, all in one design, AWESOME brightness, great price point
CONS: limited LED blade adjust
I bought the Hikari LED (H11) bulbs for my 2011 Honda Pilot, low beams and fog lights. I did a little research online to see which bulbs were most recommended and the Hikari brand was mentioned on quite a few, so along with the reviews I went and purchased them.
The price was right in the sweet spot. Since LED bulbs range from $20-$100, I figured I'd give the $40 range a try. I felt that this price point would provide a good product without a huge cost.
The build is excellent. All aluminium bodies, concealed fans and short cables made this light nice and compact. The instructions were concise and the alignment is great, as long as your socket mount is aligned. Once you are able to install the bulbs in the socket, the body allows a small adjustment so that you can align the LED blade right (should be perfectly vertical). My passenger side socket didn't quite align, so my blade is just slightly misaligned. I believe this results in a reflector beam not being straight ahead, but I don't think it's too much of a concern.
The plugs do have a "+ & -" to them. For my vehicles, I noticed that the power plug always had a black wire, which is typically the negative polarity. I've installed 6 LED bulbs and following this procedure always gave me success. Don't forget to use dielectric grease on the plug - it helps keep the grit out of the plug and aids in the connection and disconnection when service is required.
These bulbs are EXCELLENT! the huge improvement in light compared to the halogen bulbs are night and day! These bulbs are so bright, I wonder if they are too bright! the light beams are so bright, it looks like I am driving with a monster light beam on the road - there is a bubble of daytime light in front of my vehicle!
I did not have any compatibility issues with these bulbs - no indicators lit up on the dash board. Note: these bulbs are high powered, so if your are testing them for long periods of time, I highly suggest that you keep the engine running.
Overall, I am highly impressed with the Hikari H11 bulbs. I do recommend them for everyone - they are a vast improvement over any halogen bulb and are a simpler conversion than HID kits. Simple plug and play! There are other higher priced Hikari brand bulbs, but I feel that these bulbs are excellent and will do the job well.

2018 Kawasaki Versys-x 300: I just installed them in 2020 May (I held off because it requires quite a bit of disassembly of the fairings to get at the headlight). Once the fairings came off, it was very easy to replace the bulb. I didn't need to re-aim my low beams, as there wasn't any difference in the high level cut-off (as projected on my garage wall) between the old bulbs and these new LED bulbs). They are a big improvement over the old bulbs - light is whiter and brighter.
Simple plug and play, no canbus issue for Nissan Pathfinder 2018.
