The hardest part is the instruction sheet!

The hardest part is the instruction sheet!
What an easy install. I'm not handy in the least. Seriously. But this is only two screws. And the screws were included. It might have taken me a little longer than the "3 minutes" or "7 minutes" some others mentioned, I had to decipher the instructions sheet. But the majority of people with modern openers made in this century are going to follow the instructions on the far right of the page. Those are simple, enter your custom pin, whatever you want it to be, choose the programming ID (they are numbered in that right hand column), and hit a button on your actual garage door opener (you may need a ladder?). But all in all, very simple. What's in the box? In the Amazon box was single box touting a Lift Master 387LM Universal Keypad, as described. Inside the 387 LM box was a plastic bag containing 2 screws, the unit with the cover already on, and the instructions sheet. Took the cover off, and unscrew the battery cover and I found an EVEREADY 9v battery already installed. My cover stops right where it's supposed to. The keys are backlit in red. So far, unit works like a charm but I just installed it an hour ago. If it loses it's programming or is otherwise faulty as other reviews have reported, I'll update this review.
