Recipe (1 serving):
- 1 tablespoon Mother Earth's freeze-dried broccoli
- 2 heaping teaspoons of Hoosier Hill Farm Big Daddy Mac
- 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
- 1/2 cup of instant rice
- 1/2 cup of boiling water
-1 tablespoon freeze-dried chicken
Just mix all the ingredients together, cover, and let sit for 9 minutes. It's easy to make. It will be great for my camping trips and doesn't cost as much as Mountain House. I also have extra to store at home for backup Emergency Meals. I highly recommend.

I have RA in my hands, which makes cutting food difficult. I use a lot of Mother Earth products because it's pre-cut and doesn't need to be refrigerated. With RA comes fatigue as well - this stuff doesn't go bad for a long time. I can use it up when I have the energy to cook so I don't waste food.
