My kitchen came with a Pfister faucet. After perhaps 3-4 years of use, the little slot that holds the handle unit onto the base wore out, and Pfister happily replaced the handle unit for me free of charge. All I had to do was unscrew the old one and screw in the new one. I replaced my Pfister with a Waterridge because I wanted a taller unit. I was not entirely pleased with that unit, so when the handle wore out after approximately two years, I decided to splurge and purchase a very pricey ($279.00) high end Grohe gooseneck faucet. Huge mistake! Water flow was so restricted that I could barely get food through my disposer, and due to the lack of a bubble aerator in the spray head, every time I used it, my kitchen was flooded and my clothes were drenched. After 8 months, I couldn't stand it any longer and decided to bite the bullet and go faucet shopping again.
Having learned my lesson, I set out to find a new faucet and this time make sure it had a bubble aerator. I soon discovered that this was no easy task as several of the manufacturers/sellers I contacted either didn't know if their product had a bubble aerator, or more surprisingly, didn't even know what a bubble aerator was!
After many frustrating e-mails, I finally decided to take a look at Pfister. Their customer service rep knew exactly what I was talking about, asked me to send a photo of my old faucet (which I happened to have), and immediately gave me the new model that had replaced my old one. Upon opening my Amazon box, I was thrilled to see the pretty satin finish faucet; and even more thrilled when I turned on my pretty new faucet and found that I had my water pressure back. I could once again easily wash food debris from my dishes, rinse my sink into my disposal and run it without fear of damage, and not have to mop up my entire countertop or change into dry clothes! My plumber said it was easy to install, taking him about 20 minutes (after going to the store to purchase the correct supply lines).
I would not hesitate to recommend this faucet. It looks good, it's priced right, it works great -- and Pfister stands behind their products.

I would not hesitate to recommend this faucet. It looks good, it's priced right, it works great -- and Pfister stands behind their products.
The one design change that the faucet needs is an on/off button on the sprayer itself. My old, separate sprayer, was easy to use because you could turn a glass, or bottle, or jar, or water bottle upside down, and then turn on the spray by squeezing the handle of the sprayer. One needed one hand to work the sprayer, and one's second hand to hold the object that was being rinsed. With my new pull-out faucet, one needs three hands (which my body unfortunately does not have): One hand to hold the bottle or jar, one hand to hold the sprayer, and a third hand to turn the water on and off. Otherwise, one must choose one of the following three scenarios: (1) Turn the water on first (in gentle, aerated stream mode), place the sprayer under the inverted jar, pointing up, and then awkwardly press the button to turn on the wide spray mode. Or (2) Turn the water on first, turn on the wide spray, place the sprayer over the jar, pointing down, and rotate the sprayer and the jar upside down together, trying not to spray the walls and entire sink area in the process. Or (3) with the water off, place the sprayer, pointing upward, under the upside-down jar, and maneuver both the jar and the sprayer around the main faucet lever to try to turn on the water with a finger or side of hand, also trying to avoid spray the world in the process. And try to get enough leverage to press the wide-spray button. In all of these scenarios, one must be careful to not crimp the sprayer hose during the inversion, because it is not reinforced for stiffness.
If the manufacturer were to add an on/off control to the sprayer head or sprayer handle, then handling the sprayer could be an effortless, one-handed operation.
I do not know whether or not this is a problem with all pull-down and pull-out faucets. This is my first experience with one. My previous faucets had separate sprayers in a separate sink hole.
UPDATE: After using this faucet for a year, I am updating my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. For what it was designed for, this faucet is excellent. With the pullout, I can reach every square inch of the sink, and even a pot on the counter next to the sink. The sprayer is strong and wide enough to easily clean strainers and tough dirt spots on dishes (although its mist does get the top edges of the sink a little wet). The handle stays cool, even with the water on straight hot.
My initial review was based on the fact that, previously, I had a separate sprayer (not attached to the faucet). I was used to being able to turn glasses upside down and spray them from below. That way, I had a continuous stream of fresh water spray that drained as I sprayed. A pullout sprayer is not designed for that application, but I found that I get along fine without needing to use that cleaning technique.
The ability to place the faucet nozzle anywhere that I want it is a great feature that I never had before.
Now for the flow rate. It is very low. My old faucet had the flow limit set in the tubing of the base, but as it turns out, the limit in this faucet is set in the spray handle. If you look at the spray handle, where it connects to the hose, you will see a small white insert at the end. I removed this insert and the flow rate was greatly improved (at least 2x). It's in there pretty tight, but if you are careful you can remove it without damaging it. If you can't remove it, you may be able to just enlarge the hole. I suspect that removing/altering this piece will void the warranty, so it is your call.
I've only had it installed for a few weeks, but so far it is working well.
