I purchased this unit to use as a service outlet for my RV.
I gave it four out of five stars because the knock-outs were restricted to the bottom of the box. Although adequate for my immediate need, I can see where other people might want knock-outs on the sides or back. On the plus side, however, is the fact that the knock-outs are all sealed weather tight by paint filling the gaps in the knock-out rings. None the less, I would recommend additional sealant – perhaps silicone sealant – be applied to the unused knock-out rings INSIDE the box – as a precaution of the paint flaking off with age.
This unit does NOT have Ground Fault Circuit Interruption (GFCI) protection. In this case, that is a good thing. My RV has a GFCI circuit that protects the outlets for the outside service outlet, as well as the bathroom and kitchen sinks. I have learned (by sad experience) that if two GFCI circuits are connected in series they will cause each other to “trip” when there really is nothing wrong.

I've no issues with it.
If I could improve this in any way, I'd have given it the option to have a GFCI breaker instead of a traditional breaker. I connected the wiring from this box's circuit breaker to a GFCI in my main electrical panel so I have that additional safety and protection.
I'd have liked to have seen a selection of metal conduit or PVC connectors that would allow this to connect directly through a wall, but a trip to the big box hardware store gave me some options that worked well.
I ran 8 gauge wire to this, since it was a 50' run from the box to my main panel. I like it.
Minor annoyances:
There's a punch-out port on the bottom to run the wires through. It looks like it's meant to be able to be configured in 3 different sizes, but how in the world you're supposed to punch out either of the smaller ones without totally mangling the whole thing is beyond me. Maybe the pros have a secret. Coincidentally, the old one had the same thing and it looks like the original installer had exactly the same problem! Mangled punch-outs.
I'd like to see better weather sealing... maybe a gasket or something. The previous one (different brand but almost identical) burned out when water got into it.
