Seems like a great product, but there's a deal killer defect in some units.

Seems like a great product, but there's a deal killer defect in some units.
I received my first unit and was excited to get back into developing my own film, after fifteen years. First time shut up in my make-shift dark room, trying to load the film, it wouldn't load. At all. After wrestling with it for 45 minutes, in the dark, I finally secured my film and took it out into the light to find the problem. On the plastic reels, in the groove where the film is supposed to travel, there is a section of the groove that was over-molded, and the groove was filled in with the plastic material. This prevents the film from traveling into the reel. Both reels contained in the package were faulty in the same fashion.I attempted to contact Paterson through their website and received no response. So I returned the first unit through Amazon and received a replacement of the same unit - hoping for better results. Same faulty molding, making useless reels.I then contacted Paterson through Twitter, seeking the correct email address for followup, and was given the appropriate "sales" email address. After reporting the issue and providing a photograph of the issue, I've still not hear back from them. After two weeks of attempting to get in contact - other than a Tweet with an email address - I've not had any meaningful response to the problem with their product. The product seems to be a well-made design, save for the faulty molding. I would have really liked to have stuck with this product, but after not getting any response to handle a manufacturing problem, I'm done.
