This was a great fine. I love the plastic. As you can see the metal ones are constantly rusting and I got tired of buying them. The only downside is that it is a smaller on the outside and you could see where the old one the metal ones I had to screw in. But I love the product. I love it. It's made out of the plastic so it shouldn't rust out. It fit perfectly. I live in a mobile home and this was the perfect size for that. It's not the regular 4x10. It is 4x8 opening even though the outside measurement was 4x10
