The best gluten free chocolate cake recipe I have ever tried.

Unfortunately, I can't eat it anymore as I have celiac disease and I now react to it. The packaging has changed, it now warns manufactured on equipment that also processes wheat!!!!!

This first happened to Pamela's brownie mix which is not truly gluten free, now the chocolate cake mix, and also the vanilla cake mix.

I will have to look for alternatives to the best mixes every made for those who have to be truly gluten free. How sad that the company has come to this.

I love Pamela's. I thought this would be classic Pamela's; I was wrong. Now I am stuck with 5 out of 6 packages of what amounted to hard tack gruel. $36 for this? Look, I don't eat eggs so I added chia seeds "eggs", 6 teaspoons of olive oil, and hemp milk instead of water. This works fine in every other cornbread recipe I have ever baked but this was awful. The bread didn't even rise. It just looked like a hard batter cracker in the pan. It tasted okay flavor wise but I wanted bread; not a huge oily cracker. I threw it all away. I'll never buy it again. I'll stick to the Trader Joe's brand and just suffer the gluten inflammation consequences the next time I have a craving for cornbread.
