Product Description

Brand new heavy duty, 26 Amp LEFOO 95-125 PSI air compressor, pressure switch, control valve with a 4 port connection manifold. The switch listed is a universal replacement pressure switch that replaces brands such as Furnas , Square-D and more. This switch is equipped with an unloader valve, on / off lever, and a four port mounting manifold. This is similar to the regular 4 port pressure switch, but this switch is equipped with heavy duty 26Amp contacts to provide a longer lasting switch in demanding applications. The four port manifold gives you the option to mount in it any direction and to also have the option to add a relief valve, gauge, or multiple air outlet ports. These Ports can also be plugged if not needed which is what makes this switch a great universal replacement pressure switch. The unloader equipped on this switch is used to unload the air pressure off the head of the compressor when the compressor shuts off, this way when it starts there is no pressure on the piston and the compressor is able to start load free. This valve usually has a 1/4" plastic or copper line that runs to the check valve or the head of the compressor. If your compressor does not have a unloader line then this valve can be left not hooked up and the pressure switch will still function properly. This switch can be used on a single stage or two stage compressor as long as the amperage is less than 26 amps on 120 volt or 20 amps on 240 volt, however if this is being used with a magnetic starter on a larger compressor the amperage does not matter, in this case it is just used to turn the starter on & off at the set pressure. This switch comes pre set to turn the compressor on at 95 psi and shut off at 125 psi. This can be adjusted to any pressure within the factory minimum and maximum set points listed below. We have a picture showing the diagram for pressure adjustment.

WILL most will have to modify something - my unloader was short and angled - this straight + tall

WILL most will have to modify something - my unloader was short and angled - this straight + tall
Bware - yes i done spelt it wrong! - pressure goes down to 90 before turning back on - you can adjust the two screws i showed in the picture. It says 125psi maximum for switch - yet the left screw says ups the lower and upper limits and most people want it to turn on nearer 105 because you cannot operate some tools at 95,4,3,2 and 1 PSI. I haven't adjusted the screw where it raises both yet but switch works well so far - ITS A GREASED GOAT ROPE TO GET WORKING AND DONT LIKE THE ELECTRICAL SIDES DONT HAVE SECURING LUGS TO KEEP THE CORD FROM PULLING OUT - MOSTLY WALL SIDE.UNLOADER - old unloader was short and downward angle had to buy new J844 plastic line ( I made sure it was same side and everything would work but the line had to be extended - the power cord would be forward so switched unloader side to get power cord behind motor and pressure outlet) This switch had taller unloader and mounted higher - to keep the same side (near copper output line) I would have had the power crossing in front of the pressure output and the motor and STILL HAD TO BUY NEW LINE which was not easy to find - of course amazon has it and it wouldn't have been a problem if I had known. Tried messing with old unloader but couldn't get it off and figured a new unloader was going to be more reliable.I wanted to keep the power cord on the back side - that switched my unloader to the opposite side and made the unloader line farther away from the copper line - I could have kept the unloader near the copper line but this unloader was 1 1/2 inches taller (had to buy line no matter so chose to keep power cord in rear) so that meant - buy more J844 black plastic shiny line no matter so I left the power cord in the back and switched unloader sides since I had to buy line no matter what.LEFOO Pressure Switch Control 90-125psi 4 Port Heavy Duty 26 Amp for Air Compressor LF10A-4H-1-NPT1/4-90-125 CHECK YOUR MOTOR DATA PLATE FOR MAX AMPERAGE - THIS IS 26AMP MAXIMUM ---- you will burn up your wires or your electrical part of the switch which wont be able to carry the current across the contacts or will weld after hot and switching. LOOK 4 DATA PLATE - mine is 15 amps so this switch cover many different combinations but may require refitting the unloader sense line because it may not work on the same said as the unloader line or it works but shoves the electrical cord out in front of the area where the hose is instead of the back of the unit where the cord should be.BUY - your power cord is on same side -- off/auto lever same side (this really isn't important unless a room issue), ---unloader (size (this was high on box and 2 times taller than my old one) and position outside box) same size black plastic J844 air line and length away from copper line - my plastic line has the nut/Ferrell and screws onto copper line from head to tank. I saw another compressor with the everything on one line of the switch - except unloader - you can plug the other 2 lines if your switch only uses the tank line and the rest are on the same line - you just get 2 1/4" plugs and seal off. They dont all have to match but the unloader sensor line may give you the worst problems - mine i had to lengthen. Nothing was the same as the old one - I should have looked closer but it worked in the end after a little headache and search for where to buy J844 air brake lines - LOWES dont have it, our small town hardware store didn't have it but an old feed store with allot of tools and equipment had it after i already bought 10 feet for 15 dollars on amazon - 1.69 a foot in store that day? If you have copper then your set for line and nuts/Ferrell's.DONT BUY - U cannot verify your equipment and its position - your going to have to do some looking at your equipment, its position and maybe your motor ID plate that says maximum amperage draw - 26 amps on this switch. If you cannot find somebody to help you determine if this (man other switches will work and if you look long enough you can find out the right or best one to replace without paying 66 dollars) if the switch is viable Then call your manufacturer and buy the easy replace high priced switch - my Campbell Hausfeld is 26 years old so 66 dollars for this switch was not an option.SAE J844 black air line and unloader positioning - my unloader was other side, short and closer than this switch. I order 12 inches of SAE J844 air brake line to reposition the sensing line and this air pressure switch turned on, filled up and cutoff fine.Yours may be copper line for the unloader - follow the copper line from the head into the tank - there should be a black plastic line or copper line that is going to your pressure switch and connects to the side of the switch somewhere - it unloads your compression left in the piston/head area so your motor isn't starting against a great deal of pressure which would cause wear and failure much sooner than if unloaded - its the psssssssssst at the end when the compressor turns off, unloading excess pressure built inside pump.

5.0 out of 5 stars After 3 tries this was the one that fit perfect and works like a charm.
Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2022
My compressor is 10 years old and the pressure switch started doing strange things. The high pressure would pop off or the switch would not shut it down. coming from a hillbilly background I just started using the breaker to pump it up now and then. Finally I figured I should fix it right.
I got one at Tractor supply but that was the wrong one. I ordered one from Amazon that claimed to be a direct replacement but it wasn't even close. Didn't even have the connections for my safety valve or gauge.
Finally this one came in and it matched everything perfectly.
I replaced it and wired it up and stood back in case it blew up. :)
Man! It is like brand new again. I am so happy with this switch.

Very well priced. Used on a 25 year old Dayton 60 gallon compressor. I ended up using 3 ports. One for pressure gauge, safety valve and one to mount regulator to the compressor. One outlet capped. Description says regulator set at 90 - 125 cut in and cut out. Mine was 105 - 140. No instruction with regulator but inside cover are some instructions. Adjusted mine to 85 - 115 psi. Working so far.
