Can't attest to it fitting all Oreck vacuum cleaners, but I can say that it absolutely, perfectly fits my Oreck XL Commercial. I have a an Oreck XL COMMERCIAL 1 speed (on/off) (see pics) that I purchased back in early 2017. It has been a champ, and the best yet for my super furry mostly bare floored house. However, it I noticed that it wasn't picking up as well as it had been, and it was getting worse. It was perplexing because the design of Oreck, unlike so many other vacs, has very little loss of suction and it should almost never get clogged as there is very little travel from pick up to bag. Yet, I proceeded to take it apart (so easy) from handle to beater brush area. Gave it a good cleaning- thought maybe that would help. I checked the brush and the belt- all looked good to me. Rotated the brush. Changed the bag, again, well before it was even half full- just in case. I even checked according to the information in the product booklet. It all looked good!! But nothing really changed. I did all this a few times over the course of several months. My vac just wasn't functioning as it should. Sad. I turned to using a broom :(
Frustrated, I began considering a vac purchase. From rather expensive to super cheap. I know vacs, and I knew it would be a matter of time before they all would be nearly worthless. Everything is bagless these days, which grosses me out. I clean houses, and occasionally mine, ha- so I have lots of experience with vacs and I have strong preferences. At least my Oreck got me almost a good three years before issues popped up. So I thought maybe I would just buy another Oreck. BUT..
THEN, as I was looking something dawned on me. MAYBE-- just maybe-- despite my roller bar and belt looking good according to Oreck booklet, perhaps it could use a new brush anyway? Maybe it was just at the point where it still was above level (meaning bristles can grab stuff), but wasn't as good as it could be (hence less effective). IF AND ONLY IF I could find a reasonably priced roller brush that would work in my vac would I take a chance on trying it out. NO WAY was I ordering one through the brand name web site. Truly, a new vac would have been about same in price. It took me awhile to find a brush and belt on here that is made for my vac. So many of the vendors don't have clear description or clear pics. I knew what my roller brush looked like so I knew what to look for even if other information wasn't perfectly clear.
Which brought me to this vendor. Looks like my brushes! So.. 2 brushes, 6 belts. <$20 Take my money!
Brushes measure 11.25" long, same as my factory brush roll. Measurement includes entire length
Upon arrival, which was quick.. I set out to once again disassemble the lower beater bar portion so I can install my brand new roller brush and belt. If you haven't done this before:
-- unplug your vac,
--flip over so you have access to bottom.
--Take out screws (there are 5 in mine),
--pop out brush,
--pop in new brush.
--Pop out belt,
-- pop in new belt (mine was super easy with no need for "pulling"- very easy),
-- pop plate back on,
--put in screws.
--Plug in and give your vac a test drive.
MINE WORKED! It sucked up debris, hair, and fur as expected. I have a few super low pile area rugs that I ran this over and they looked NEW- the vac was grabbing the carpet allowing the fur to be picked up thoroughly. I could fully see the rug. It was colorful again!
So while I am not entirely sure if it was the just the brush, just the belt, or combo of both- I am pleased to have changed them both out. I suspect it was the roller brush. My Oreck XL Commercial is LIKE NEW AGAIN. I am so happy, since this is my favorite vac. It just fits with our household given that we have a lot of bare floor and what carpeting we do have is low pile. This is one of the few uprights that can pick up off a bare floor without special attachment and without spitting debris. When I am motivated to get into corners I use a broom, or long handles duster, or the Oreck mini, which has a hose. Anyway, I am SO GLAD to have tried out this product, and to not have to worry about buying another vac at this time. So even if your brush/belt look perfectly good-- they might be like mine and are just aged enough to benefit from a fresh replacement. I thought it worth trying, and I AM SO GLAD THAT I BOUGHT THESE.
Hopefully these work for you, hopefully this takes care of your issues, and because I am so stinkin' pleased I am comfortable giving a full rating.

Replacing the belt, I found out quickly why the old one failed: the old roller DID seize. *Sigh!* Opening my Oreck back up, I now replaced the roller brush and tossed in yet another belt. Back in business!
Well... almost. The wonderful distinctive whir of the Oreck was good to hear again as I attacked my long-neglected carpet. But then the pitch suddenly got higher and it wasn't picking much up. Flipping it over, and once again, the brush wasn't spinning. Once more into the breech!
This time, the belt had just slipped off of the outer edge of the roller brush's capstan. Quick fix. Except....it keeps happening. Seems to me that the capstan needs a FLANGE to keep the belt on. These don't have one. Why? I'm thinking of trying to improvise one, but I really shouldn't have to. This is an engineering issue. Oreck, I hope you're listening!
Still, when it works, nothing works better. I'd rather hack a fix than change to a lesser brand vacuum. And I have spares! :)
