UPDATE: Returned last month from a 7000 mile cross country trip, the tire did great in all kinds of weather, in all kinds of road. That said now with over 8000 miles on it it's time for a new one. Will be ordering new one soon.
Only complaint I have is it doesn't hold air as well as one would expect. Lose about a pound a week.
Have same brand on front, different size, bought it at the same time and it's still good for another 7 or 8 thousand.
Update 2
Actually pushed the tire now have over 10,000 on the tire, by the way not recommending anyone do that !!! Just wanted to see how the tire could handle that. Now loosing a pound of air a day....
Update 3:
Finally replaced that rear Shinko, yeah now with almost 14000 miles on it, it was still holding road great but please don't do that !!!!
New rear holding air great. So inspected the older tire, saw some fraying on one part of the bead I think that's probably from when the shop installed it I and why air didn't hold up as expected, so want tire problem.
front now has over 13000 and looks like will do another 8000 maybe we'll see.
UPDATE 4: Have absolutely no complaints what so ever with these tires. Time to replace rear tire, this time tire is a bit short of 10,000 miles at 9,338, I could push it to 10,000 but why looks very similar to the image I previously posted. For the money these tires are unbeatable.

The not so good:
When I installed the tires, I used the red dot (lightest part of the tire) that is supposed to line up with the valve stem but found I had to add quite a lot of weight to balance the wheel and tire (3.5 Oz) compared to about 1 Oz that I had on them before. I decided to break the bead and try to rotate the tire to different locations to balance it. I managed to get it to 0.5 Oz, so it seems that using the dot for alignment is not the optimal balance for the tire. It could be wheel related, but since I only had 1 Oz on it previously, I doubt that is the case. This was only for the back tire. For the front tire, when I mounted it (aligning to the dot), it was almost perfect. I had to add only 1/4 Oz and possibly could have gotten away with no weights at all.
I am not sure about mileage or longevity yet since I have just put them on and done only about 50 miles. I will report back once I know more. So far, I am pretty happy with the tires.
