Product Description

HOW TO USE
Fully insert and remove the console cleaner several times. (Do not use with liquid or store in the console.)

SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY
This unit is compatible with NES, Retro-Bit, Retron, etc.

HOW MANY TIMES IT CAN BE USED
The console cleaner can be used over and over. The best practice is to clean it after use using a 1UPcard. Moisten the 1UPcard with WATER only. (Do not use solvents including isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol on your console cleaner. Solvents will cause premature wear.) Using the 1UPcard on the cleaning material will help remove grime and extend the life of the console cleaner, but it won't get rid of all of it. Even though there is still visible corrosion on the cleaner, it will continue to clean and buff the pin connector.

HOW IT WORKS
The Console Cleaner uses a micro-abrasive material. It will remove corrosion from the contacts but not any metal.

ADDITIONAL INFO
A clean console is just as important as clean games. If your pin connector located inside your console is dirty, grimy, or corroded, use this before inserting games. This console cleaner is brand new made from all new parts. Assembled in the USA from domestic and foreign components.

single-handedly saved my NES! grab a 1UP for an extra life.

single-handedly saved my NES! grab a 1UP for an extra life.
i had my original Nintendo (NES) since the early 90’s when i inherited it. i grew up w this console. like all my systems, it’s still hooked up to the tv today & in great condition. unfortunately, after decades of use, while hooking it up to my new tv, i got the blinking red light & it wouldn’t read any game cartridges. i tried opening up the NES & cleaning it, but it did nothing. i saw replacement pin connectors online, but they almost all had bad reviews & were unofficial, cheaply made (non-OEM) products.i saw this 1UP cartridge, but had my doubts. i decided to give it a shot & i can’t believe it actually fixed my 30+ year old system. finally got my Mario Bros./Duck Hunt to work again. had to clean my used copy of The Simpsons: Bart vs. The Space Mutants with Qtips & alcohol in order to get that to work, but it finally read it after that. in fact it’s reading all of my games again. i never leave reviews, but i’m extremely pleased with this. thought i saw that it was a US product as well, which is nice.grabbing the Sega Genesis 1UP after this, since it’s also starting to have trouble with certain games. now if my SNES or N64 have the same issue in the future, i know where to go. can’t recommend this enough! even if it seems too good to be true, give it a try. unless you have much bigger issues, i don’t think you will regret it. thank you guys!
