Once I got myself together and realized I would need to find this part, and after learning how to replace it from Bernina Jeff on YouTube, research was the next step. The prices on these parts are ridiculously expensive; however. I was able to find it here on Amazon, and guess what!IT WORKS!Took a bit of strength to get it completely seated in the slot, but once there, it worked immediately! So glad to have found this here.Thanks Amazon and Dreamstitch! You rock!!

I have a Bernina 790 Plus, this product fits my machine and all the other ones that have this needle threader. One of the parts on the Bernina machines that wear out often is the Needle Threaded; the tiny wire hook get damaged and the whole thing needs to be replaced. Buying this product saved me a trip with my machine to the repairman and repair money. The old needle threader just slips off the needle shaft and the replacement slides right on in and chicks on. I have ordered this needle threader before. It fits my Bernina 590 perfectly as advertised. It is easy to install. It looks just like the much more expensive Bernina part. They both tend to last about 18 months before the little thin wire breaks.
That being said, the product is a good, easily replaceable fix, BUT the two I ordered arrived today in a flat paper mailer with completely inadequate protections for shipping this very delicate replacement part.
I have inspected visually for damage. I think I got lucky. If the package gets the least bit of rough handling, the part will be useless.
Time will tell when I install the part.
