Received Used/Open/Defective product
I paid for new, but received an open/used product. On top of that, it did not work properly. I understand you guys received returned items & want to turn them back around as new. But unfortunately, opened items are no longer new. I was willing to look past that if the product functioned the way it should. I turned it on and it would not cut any hair. My advice, I would rather sell an “opened item” with complete transparency and lose some money, but retain a happy customer…vs sell a lie for a brand new product and lose a customer and other potential customers forever. Just a thought.
